Default Rod holders. Didn't do have bad.

First go round making these things so if I did them all wrong it came out not half bad and its room enough for me to be comfortable in the seat so the GF will have all the room she needs.
We're going to be trolling more than anything else so built the rod platform out of PVC and the holders themselves are PVC.
Gave it a little more solid structure with some electric angle and shes as sturdy as a rock. GF is going to be working those 6 on the back so I know we're going to laugh ourselves silly getting the pattern down about the first time a school of white perch hit all 6 at one time. We're looking forward to it. LOL
Figured I give you guys something to laugh at tonight anyway.

They look good. I use the hole cut outs for washers and use wing nuts to make them easily adjustable.

I thought about that. Already had the wing nuts in the bag and thought about a SS lock washer with a SS locking nut to finish it out. . That way by not tightening it all the way it always keeps itself snug. Hoping so anything. Will let you guys know but did add a 9/16 wrench to the mini tool kit just in case.
3/8th Stainless 3" stove bolt fits the holder slots, once inch washer under the holder then another one inch washer on the bottom, lock washer then the lock nut. Finished up 7 new rods and we're going to see what we can get into tomorrow evening just before dark.

I can tell you put a lot of thought into that, with the reinforcements, elbows involved, etc. Impressed with the actual rod holders you cut as well. Very nice, should suit you well. You should be proud of it. Thanks for posting - and, welcome to crappie.com from Louisiana!

Looks good....but, might want to enlarge the rod holder where the butt of the rod goes, will make it alot easier to reach and grab a pole a lot faster
