My new project! Picked this up at an auction. Paid more than I intended but got bigger and nicer than what I was hoping for. Thing looks pretty new but think it's about twenty years old. Shined like new with a little baking soda and a scotch brite pad. Still needs to be hauled to camp, water/sewer lines ran and need to find a faucet for it. Will definitely be better than the 5 gallon bucket and 2x6 I've been using!

Looks like you did well. I think anyone on here would be proud to have that as theit cleaning station. If you decide its to much work to install it let me know and I'll take it off your hands. What kind of auction was it?

What kind of auction was it?our local county school system turns auctions over to an (internet only) auction company. I paid $350 but was shocked at how cheap some of the other items went for.

Nice. Saw it in two and send me the unwanted half.

I have a similar sink in my basement. FIL found it at the curb. Faucets were trashed although I wish I had kept them. I looked several times for replacement faucets but price ran me off. I have a utility sink faucet attached to the wall just above the sink that works like a champ.

Stainless is quite expensive, and that looks like the good stuff. We work with stainless at work all the time. To have someone build something like that new would probably run you $3000.00 . Congratulations on the great buy.

Mine is nowhere near this elaborate set up but I don't catch enough to ever plan on needing more than this simple fixture from an old gas grill and a sink from a remodel job!
