Great post! Thanks!
I have to say this has been one of the better weeks of fishing I have had in years and I think thats saying something. I was lucky enough to hit Clinton on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday (not bad for a non-retired guy). Over those 4 days we where able to put a pattern together finding fish in 6 to 10 ft of water and boat over 750 fish this week with a lot of bonus whites, wipers and eyes mixed in. Red or black and chart sliders on an orange 1/8 oz jig head seemed to be the best bait bye far. Lots of great memories and so many great thumps.
It's not duck season so I have to do something... :D

Nice. I wonder if next week will still be ok. I might bank fish a couple more times.

Good report, good pictures and good eatin.
I was out there Saturday all over the lake and got skunked. The winds were brutal following us all day. Maybe I need some lessons. Seems like all I did was burn fuel, myself and break stuff.
The best thing about grandpa's hand made jigs is they are grandpa's.
sounds like a great week of fishin get 2 freezers full in 1 week won't be as much pressure when ya don't have time to go??
Saturday was definatly a harder bite. Not as many keepers and very specific in what they wanted and depth. I think a lot of people we watched where fishing to shallow.
