    Default possible shock fish comments

went by a dock yesterday and it had about 25-35 wire's hanging straight down??? and there was a what I would call a main wire going up the bank. Now this dock rarely has any crappie under it? What do you think??? can solar power kill fish???

too bad you didn't get any pictures of it. If it was electric it would have to have insulators where it hooked to the dock. Could it just be so no one coming by in a boat could fish under his dock? EB

I would guess it was put there to keep people from going near his dock for fear of being shocked. I doubt it was hooked up to anything.

I certainly would report it to the Game Warden and have him check into it.

Maybe he is running underwater lights at night and is just leaving them in the water and not plugging them in during the day.

they are not attached to voltage just to make it too hard to fish his dock.
