6' to 16'. I use a 6-10-14/16 off the sides to get bait separation and whatever I happen to have with a line counter on it off the rear. This year that will probably change with me running planer boards.

I run 4 poles. The two in the back or 5 1/2 to 6'. The two in the center sides of the boat are
approx. 7 ft. All are med action rods of different makes.I own a lot of rods, but none over
    7ft.

I run my rods starting at 90* to the boat amidships and angle back a little with each one added. I usually run 6 but can run 8. Full setup would be 6, 8, 10, and 12 footers with the lines off the 12's being longest and the 6's being shortest. That way I not only get left to right separation but front to back also. Stiff rods lose more fish for me and my BGJP'S load up nice and I lose very few. Line counter reels would be nice but I just fake it, and have used spinning reels before with good success.

I run 4 out the side on each side like Skeet does, 4'10", 10, 14, and 18, also run the long poles with linger line out.
