Badin?

Just curious if there are any recent crappie reports from Badin....i have tomorrow off and am thinking about heading up there.....Thanks for any reports!!!

Last Saturday evening when the rain finally stopped, went to the pier & caught 11 in about 30 minutes, smallest 12" & biggest 14", I'll be back after them again this weekend.

Also , try Garr Creek and the narrow portion of the canal at Palmerville. They were about 4'down , until the sunlight hit the water.

Fished Badin Saturday in the am. Had 16 over 11''. Biggest 3 were 1.44, 1.20, 1.16. They seem to be very scattered, spawn probably all but done by now. This puts them back out in deeper water or tight on brush and piers. Gold Hill Hooker Trail was there on Saturday. I think like winning weight was 8.79+/-, big fish 2 lb +/-. Typical for Badin this time of year better fish caught back in March.
