Just Spent 8 hrs at Hillsdale Crappie Fishing,,,NOT ONE CRAPPIE TO SHOW FOR IT! Found Water temp at 60 in backs of Coves,,, But did Lose 1 Life-jacket that blew out and Broke off the Transducer for the Fish Finder on a Stump,,,so all and all not a Bad Day

Could of been worst, could of fell out of the boat. Two us fished Clinton Friday caught only 3 crappie in six hours of fishing.

Sounds about normal for "Failsdale"....nice to know I'm not alone...hang in there there will be better days.

Great pic! Same today at Milford, no crappie and lost a rod! 57 degrees in Madison creek.

They are there. We marked loads of fish all over the lake yesterday. More than I have seen in about any lake. They have the transition lock jaw. HairyVetch and I had 6 keepers last night and were lucky to get that.

Was at hillsdale friday night trying to get shad to go chase some bluecats. The week before shad where piled around marina. Friday all shad were gone nothing but crappie around marina in 25 to 30 fow. Caught at at least 40 most of them were dinks in cast net but no shad. Looked everywhere.
