LOZ help!!!

I've fished here a few times and have never had much luck. Seems I can't find a pattern.
I've tried fishing structure, docks, and near the banks.
Fished with jigs, minnows, and jigs tipped with minnows.

I'm around the 3-4 mm fishing random coves.

Any suggestions??

They were off the bank in about 10ft of water, best color of jig has been the natural colors, and blue ice, slow steady about 1/2 way to boat light tap set hook. Good luck way the weather is warming may get them closer to bank, watched a guy doing the bobber about 2ft deep catch a few also. That was thurs fri, 2mm cove with city ramp and next two or three coves to the north.

Is that city ramp on the north or south side of the main channel?

I've been paying to launch at a marina everytime.

Still not having much luck catching anything.
But I'll keep trying.
