Default Family style bank fishing at Stockton help requested

    Good morning all,
Our family, about 35 in all, are staying at the cabins at Stockton State Park this weekend. Ages ranging from 1 yr to 62 yrs. Gonna be a great time! I'm hoping someone on here can point us in the right direction to catch a few crappie (or more than a few) while we are down this weekend. I've read some are catching further south on the lake and my husband and myself will be more than happy to head that way, but would also like to be able to get some of the family into some fish also.
Thank you for any help you can give, Dee (jealousfisher)

Oh yeah, bank fishing. That would have to a heck of a big boat for all of us!

I would head to the cc area.Plenty of room there for everyone and i believe you will catch some fish.

I agree with arky there is a lot of bank to fish around the cc bridge area. Also don't forget to check the cove at the state park marina. Spread everyone out and cover that thing is bobbers and minnows and someone will see some action. LOL

    Good luck.

Thanks so much guys! I was thinking CC would be the place to be, but hoping to get into some closer to the state park. Will try the SP cove then if nothing will load up as much of the crew as wants to go and head to CC.
Will post our success when we get back! "Fingers crossed"
