Went to slough today and didn't catch a thing. Didn't see any fish caught. Guy at boat ramp said they caught 2 nice gills. Nice day to be out there , weather was perfect.

Must of been better Friday then today, took 20 minutes to get across to the North tree line I fish some times. Then like a 1hr to get back to the dock in the wind with my little 10 footer. A couple guys I talked to caught some gills and a bass

Yea Blue I always watch the wind before I go to slough. My Lund doesn't do well in that wind there with just my electric motor

Just got back from KY Lake. Hope you do better than us. We caught 5 crappie in 2 days. All were nice fish but we expected it to be a lot better with the water temps.

Thanks 10point. This will be the third time at Kentucky lake. I've never done well with crappie... but they set all time low temps when I went so I moved back a month. Hope I do better but I will definitely relax with wife and kids. That's the most important.
