    Default 6 Pound Rainbow Trout From Badin Lake!


    Started fishing upstream at a deep hole this morning at daybreak tightlining minnows. Marked bait and picked up several dinks as soon as the bait hit their depth. The 4th fish hit like a whale! I thought.....catfish. But after a short chase, I was surprised as I netted my first Badin Rainbow trout. 6 lb 4 oz. Good un!!! Will upload pics when I get home.

    I guess I was gullible yesterday. The first thing I did after my response was look on a map of where Badin Lake is. I thought wth!!
