Meant to post this sooner, but running behind. Last Saturday at Monroe, thank the Good Lord, my Dad and I caught 141 or 142 fish. A few were bluegills, one walleye about 18" long or so and the rest were crappie. Most of the fish had eggs in them. Average size Monroe fish, no monsters, some were decent. But had a great time. Pop had one spot where he just repeatedly caught fish after fish after fish. He caught more than I did, by a few, but he outfishes me alot of times and that's fine with me. Water temperature was upper 60's, surprised me to find fish that were not spawned out yet. Apparently the gills had not moved shallow yet. 99% of the fish were caught on Fish-N-Spins, mostly 1/32 size, blue/clear and black/chart. You can find them at www.fish-n-spin.com, and we are a sponsor on this site. Good fishing, and may the Good Lord be your Guide.
