    Default New fillet board

Needed new fillet board. The wooden ones warp and rot. The plastic ones break. Was at Bass Pro Monday and saw a nice one. Problem it was $39.99. What the Hecht it was a cutting board with a clamp. Told my husband I had a big cutting board at home that I don't use. You can have it. He said ok. He made these using the cutting board and the clamps from the broken boards. Cutting boards are not expensive. We'll not at Wal-Mart. Name: image.jpg

    Nice work.

I bought a couple thick big Rubbermaid cutting boards at SAMs a few years ago. Nothing better and last for ever.

An Ironing board works great with a piece of formica on it. Right height and folds away when not in use. Wooden ones work great if your wash them off and keep them in out of the weather.

I like it! I need something like that on my boat for chopping up shad and another one for filleting slabs.

Would work great. Just a cheap wal mart cuttin board with a clamp on it. Beats $40.00 at store.
