    Default Yellow perch still here!!!


    Almost limited out with my father!!! Had lost of fun catching these sneaky fish! Caught a few with chartreuse shadpole then they stopped biting then night crawlers did the job!!!!

    You say "still" here, I think the "calender" has everyone confused. The water temp in main bay is 36, in the river it's up to 43. Yellow perch spawn at 46. My opinion is that they just got here.

    They were great!!!! Enjoyed them. These fish are very sneaky. As soon as the tug I pulled em out one second to late and I would lose em.

    You could be correct. A lot of the males still had "A lot" of milky liquid in em. I caught a bunch of chunky females.
