Fillet knife brand??

Looking for a good fillet knife that sharpens very well. Probably 8in blade I guess just need very good blade to sharpen.

Also what's good electric knife?? I have cheap one but like a better one. Are the rechargeable battery ones any good??

dexter Russell is the best. look at Memphis net and twine. google that and it will get you there. they also have the san-safe but I don't like a stainless blade. I've used the dexter Russell for near 50 years.

I have good luck with a electric Rapala. I've filleted hundreds of crappie last year! A regular blade is too slow for me, and I think the big Mr Twister is too loud and way too fast?

If the blades ever get dull, all you have to do is go to WalMart and pick up a new set for only $5.95.
