    Talking In a Slmall Lake...

...where they have Crappie and Bass tournaments.

I fish for Crappie and Catfish.
I wonder if I can use the leftover Crappie and Bass Parts as Catfish bait?
I just wish I could be better at fishing. Or maybe luckier!:D

Here in ky its illegal to use any species of sport fish for bait. That being said I doubt they would go through your pile of rotting fish parts to do species ID.

I do understnad what you are saying about the use of sport fish for bait. My solution would be to take all of your fish scraps put them first thru a meat grinder then a blender. Once you have them as small as you can get them mix the with either used flour or outdated cereal and make your own dough bait with the fish waste mixed in. Just my thought.

    Thanks guys. Two good responses.
Now if it'd just warm up a bit, I'd just maybe give the Crappie a try.
