Hut and went down Sunday night and stayed thru Monday evening. Ramp at the dam was closed so we launched at the old city ramp. Water temp 37.4 in the channel. Ran up to the old channel and started graphing fish in the back end closest to the dam. We started out catching a few crappie mixed in with a lot of gar snag ups and later had 4 wipers in the 8 to 10 lb range. We did not start till 11am due to cold and reports from a local. Finally figured out the crappie about 2pm and finished out our limit about 5. Fish were 16 to 18 ft in 20 to 22 FOW. Any color seemed to work, just find a thin line of fish off the bottom and avoid the large concentrations. Pics to follow.
