Public Urination?

This was posted on the Ozark Anglers Fourm, I have heard many of these "reports" but never known someone to actually be ticketed?

"I heard of two guys that were issued tickets by the Conservation Agent for urinationg in public. They were urinating behind a tree at the lake. That is considered an indecent public display, Both were added to the sex offenders list. I have heard that Springfield Police do the same thing to drunks who urinate in public. I was wondering if that was true about the Conservation Agents. Anyone ever hear of this?"

hear of it all the time, I just don't believe it, seems like the story surfaces now and again, having said that, I can see where standing in a boat, in a crowd, kids and women and young folk about and some one does that, yea wright him or her up, stiff fine, and in court after investigation it this happens more than once, then get tough with him or her. but behind a tree. I don't think it happened......... plus if you p in a jug, you are not suppose to dispose of it in an unsanitary manner.......... common sense rules here

Hahahaha, yep, had to make that decision before! Watched my buddy run down a hundred yards of dock one time only to find the marina wash house closed at 4:30am! I heard him cussing all the way back at the boat.

I seriously doubt any of our Agents would write that up IF you were being discrete. None of our Protection folks are in the office now but I'll ask them about it when one is here.
