Default one or two jigs on line?

For a longtime I have used two jigs on each line. When casting, jigging, tolling, or spider rigging. Have never catch two fish at a time but sometime catch on top jig but mostly on lower jig. Know I hang up more with two jigs.

Is the jig acting as good with two jigs and does two jigs catch more fish than one jig. Is it worth the trouble and loss of jigs to you?

I almost always use one jig unless I'm fishing schooled up fish. I've caught doubles a few times with two tubes. I've even caught two fish of two species before. I'd say at least 95% of the time I'm using one jig and finessing it.

I use 2 jigs 95% of the time. Have caught lots of doubles . I definitely think its worth the trouble.

Use only one jig 99.9% of the time. When I rig a rod with two jigs it's usually to find out a little more quickly the color they want and how deep they're holding.

You will only catch male fish while using two jigs. The females can not make up their minds.

I always use 2 jigs when spider rigging. If Im jigging or casting, typically just 1.

Funny, I use one. I to think two is more trouble than it's worth, but it's probably just a matter of I fished that way for years before trying two jigs

Your doing it backwards. Two jigs is more trouble but your covering more water....different depths.....and different colors also. It pays off in catch rate.
I have spent most my life fishing........the rest I wasted.
