    Default Snow bound.... no way....

We received a pretty good snow for east TN but, I wasn't going to let that keep me off the water. I hooked the boat up to my truck but, when it's wet or in this case snow I have to jack knife it around to get it out the drive way. I've done it 100's of times with no problem but, sure as the world I got in a jam when I got off the concrete. I couldn't go backwards without getting the trolling motor into the side of my truck and I couldn't go forward because the front tires were just off the concrete and even with 4 wheel drive I was stuck. So, what does one do??? I own several tractors and could easily pull out the truck......... nah, get the Rhino.....

Pulled to boat to the lake with the Rhino and even thou I got some serious looks from passing vehicles it pulled it fine.

We were almost to the lake when my son says "hey dad... did you get the minnows??".... CRAP!!!!!!! I forgot them.

We still managed a few without the minnows in the muddy water. My son's response to his step mom when she asked how we done was "well, if dad hadn't forgot them dang minnar's we woulda loaded the boat".

Sounds like your son knows what he is talking about. Nice pic of the one he caught, looks half frozen. Thanks for the post, enjoyed it.

That is a memory that you and your son will share forever. Great!

That's the kind of fishing partner you want for the rest of your life. It feels good getting gigged a little by your son when he's little. I've got a couple of grandsons I look forward to fishing with as they get older. It's going to make my day when they get on me and tease their "Pops" for making a mistake.
