    Default Never fished this section

this weekend i am going to LOZ, but instead of fishing my end of the lake or going into the state park i am going to trailor the boat to Gale access off of AA. it is in the big niangua arm near tonka, i think around 12 mm. has anybody ever fished this section? i've heard rumors that's where the really big walleyes and stripers hang out, but they were only rumors. let me know if anybody's been up there.

I have never put in there but there is a small resort on the camdenton side of the 54 bridge that i put in it has a german name but i cant remember what the exact name was, they charged $5.00 to launch that would put you about 5 miles closer to the spring. As far as the fishin goes i have heard the same things that you have but never caught any walleye but both times i have been on that part of the lake i caught crappie.
