    Default spider rig track mounting

Hey guys I got a new boat that has a track on both inside and outside of the gunnel and the front also. I cant seem to find a spider rig that mounts to this track. My boat is a Phowler Extreme 1966 aluminum boat. The front deck is big enough for 3 grown men. Im putting a terrova on it soon and am looking for some sort of track mount system or individual mounts. I am not prefrential to any particular brand of spider rig. I like the driftmaster 275 H and the Hi Teks. Room is not a problem. I just dont want to have to put anymore holes in the boat as possible. Im also going to get a 1198 hummingbird. Is there a Ram mount that uses the track also. Sorry for all of the questions. I am new to Crappie fishing the spider rig way. I do not have pedistal seats. I have the seats that are movable. The ones on four legs with swivel seats. Thanks for any imput in advance.

Look at the SpiderLoc holders sold by EZ-Poleholder in the sponsors board or just send him a PM. Really nice, smooth adjustment and strong enough to tow your boat with. EZ may even be able to engineer a mount for your track system.

Have you been to hi trek website lately he makes holders for the tracks. He custom made me a few of single rod holders that work amazing with the track. He will make you whatever you want far as height and stuff.

I like my rod holders right in front of my seats 5 or 6 inches in front of my knees so I dont have to lean or bend way over to reach and get my rods...go ahead and drill holes you will like it better.
I have spent most my life fishing........the rest I wasted.

Thanks for the info guys. I have come up with a plan on mounting them. I will put a 3in piece of channel alum across the gunnel and bolt on both sides. Then i can mount the holders to the top of that.
