Default thinking about purchasing 3 or 4 jig molds

I am wanting to buy some Jig Molds but not sure really what to get, I know the only size jigs I use are 1/16 , 1/8, 1/32 but rarely use 1/4 but think I might get some jst in case I also use #4 ad #6 sickle hooks anyone have a suggestion on what molds I should get?

We just bought 1/4 ounce mold for $40 down at Kens by Kentucky and Barkley lake. I normally fish deep for crappie so I need the heavier mold and not to many places sell 1/4 ounce jig heads. Just now getting into making jig heads though. I would like to start tying and making my own jigs also.

Sounds like the Do-It JNR-6-A is the mold you need.
    Do-It JR-7-A for the ball
    Do-It RHB-7-A for the barb

check out Jacobs Baits he's got a bunch of jighead molds out and you can get them with half collared, half no collar. Here's the site
    http://stores.jacobsbaits.com/jig-molds/

Hope to see a tiny football or walleye jig no collar recessed eyes soon but he's making a lot of ball head molds right now.

$50 for a CNC machined mold is actually pretty cheap

+1000 On Jacob's molds. As someone who basically pours now for a lot of their income. You can not go wrong with Jacobs. They may cost a little more but you can get the molds to do both collared and no collar in the same mold.

Or you could just buy your heads from me.

I have probably poured over 30,000 jig heads in the last 4 months
We poured 4000 Saturday and 2000 Sunday
I have around 60 do it molds so that right there should tell you I really Luke and use do it molds a lot they are good molds
I only have 2 of Jacobs molds the 1/24 oz. but they are my favorite molds
if I had the money I would go online right now and order 8 more of his molds to replace my do-it molds I use for crappie jigs

I pour a lot of lead and that's the molds I prefer ....... just my opinion
