    Default El Dorado ICE

Rock quarry had 10-12 inches of ice on Sunday. Walked out and talked to some friends for a bit. Saw a few nice crappie in buckets. Cold weather should keep ice around for awhile.

I wondered how it was coming along over there. Was going to make it over there on Sunday, but ended up going to Marion instead. Hope to make it over there this Sunday for a bit. Will let you know.

Just finished drilling some holes on the northeast and east sides of the lake. The numbers below are measurements not 'guesstimates'.

I found 5-inches of ice at the "Jumping Bridge" boat ramp.

Durechen Creek measured 6-inches just east of the 177HWY bridge.

Satchel Creek arm off of the State Park camping areas also had 5-inches.

Not near as thick as I thought it would be with all the cold we've had and how long the ice has been around.

    Be safe!
