    Question PVC crappie structure

I want to know if crappie structures made out of PVC pipe is legal in Missouri waters. I would hate to be putting one out and a game warden tell me that it was not.

The corps of engineers decides what goes in the lakes, I checked at
Stockton and they said they didn't care as long as the plastic was in
deep water. that was four years ago, dont know if they have changed their
    mind.

Last year I asked about Truman the first guy said Trees only However I need to fill out a form with general location.

The second guy said as long as it was not harmful to the lake and to us common since on placement.

Amron UE own LOZ my brother-in-law operates in Bagnall Dam and says he has asked about a policy they told him dump away.
He is one of the guys you will see fishing from the dam either side.
