CF I can't do the tin foil wrap so JimFish turned me on to this, go to electronics store got 4 ft stick of 1/8 heat shrink that will just fit over swivel. Cut up in 1/2 in pieces. Clamp forceps onto eye of hook, turn swivel up slide on heat shrink, ease up to edge of heat gun and let it start to shrink around swivel, then warm head to count of 6 and dip. You want the tip end of the shrink to close as much as possible. When it cools down I take a pin knife and peal it off and clean any residue around stem and head before baking. Sounds complicated but once you get set up goes real quick.

Some heat their jig then dip swivel in water then shake and paint. I'm not coordinated enough to pull that one off.
