How large of a jig can you powder paint good? 1/8th starts getting a little bit more difficult. How far up can you go before it just does not work well?CF

Can't answer that exactly, I do 1/4 all the time with great results! I don't do anything bigger than 1/4 though.

How big do you want to go??? I know a guy who does 3-4 oz sea heads and use's an 8" bed - takes alot of powder but saves him a bunch of time. The only thing is the air pressure getting up in beds that large you'd need an air compressor with a way to really control the flow.

    depends on your fluid bed. I use a 1" pipe for 1/48 - 1/8 and 2" from 1/8 - 3/4
I did make a rectangular bed a while back 1" wide 6" long for spoons etc up to 2 oz and works great.

    I paint 3/8 and 1/2 oz in a 2" X 2 1/2" fluid bed with a tablespoon and a half of pp. Works good

Alot of us do build our own they aren't hard to do. This is step by step how I did mine - you'll have to scroll down further in the thread as I messed up my Photo bucket and had to repost all of them
