Was thinking of purchasing a few rod cases and some rod socks from them.

Had a few questions, but they don't seem to respond to inquiries.

Anyone ever deal with this outfit ?
Thoughts ?

if you get no responses then move on to another company. answering questions should be part of customer service and it doesn't sound like it'd be very good after you buy something.

I don't know about Alpine, but Harding and Sons is excellent. I bought two custom tubes from them. The lady's name is Etivise (pronounced Etuh-VEE-say.) She will make whatever you want.
