Thanks for the phone numbers. I've read their ad and it says" maybe hard in shipment" but this is not normal??? I have it for 4 days and even put it on the register for my furnace it didn't change. What am I suppose to do carry a heating pad while fishing?? I still haven't heard from them.... anyone else bought this and can comment on it??

Used it today for the first time. Hard as a rock as well. Put it over the vents in the truck for a few while unloading the boat. In a matter of no time it was soft and useable. Within 10 mins of being in the boat at air temps of low 40s it was hard as concrete again. Definitely not a cold weather bait, and my hunch is, it'll be too soft to use in the heat of the summer down south. The bonding agents in this bait are either wrong or the jar we used was bad.
