    Default Last Night

i went fishing last night and for the fist time in awhile i had some good luck, water temp was 54 and i caught about 30 crappie, i kept about a dozen to clean, they were on lay downs close to bank in about 8 foot of water minnow and bobber, size from 9 to 12 inches, i hated to quit because i was having a ball, i think the fall bite is here, let me know what you think.

hey pappy i was on benson creek where it meets the ky river in frankfort, had been catching several small ones but i got into a good school of keepers, i live 1 mile from that ramp so if i get a couple of hours fere and their and i dont have time to travel to the lakes i fish it, the river is very difficult to fish crappie but that makes it sweet when you use what you have learned and get on some.
