Jig eyes

Painted my first real jig eyes today. Used a 3/16 drill bit for the eye and a sanded off toothpick for the pupil. Most of them came out alright, but a few look like the old actor Jack Elam! You might remember him in some old westerns and the movie Cannon ball run. He's the guy that has the eye Lookin out in right field! LOL

I bought a bottle of black finger nail polish. Cleaned the brush and cut half of the bristles off. I don't use any white, just the black dot.
