Here's some samples of weedless jigheads that he can make for you :
My favorites are the top center (brush style guard) and the one to the right of that one (Y guard) ... in 1/16oz ball head with #2 Aberdeen hook.
Talk with Grousefly (Paul Mullins) for choices of hook size, hook color, hook style, and weedguard color & style. Discounts are available for Crappie.com members, so let him know you're a member !! You can even tell him I sent you, but that won't increase your discount

GrouseFly is who I have been my buying my weedless jigs from. I have been very pleased with the jigs I have gotten from him.
I agree completely about the one with the Y guard. I make my own an have been using them for years. The one suggestion I would make is take some needle nose pliers and bend the Y guard about 1/2 way back so that it lays even with but slightly above the hook. I think you will get more hook ups that way. Fish in a brushpile and when you feel it stop on some brush, raise your rod tip and gently wiggle it till it pops free. When it does pop free, let if fall. You're going to get bit a lot when you fish it this way. You'll hang up some but you're going to catch some fish that others can't. 1/16 is the best all around weight I've found for casting too.
