    I wouldn't expect a lot of pics. That's a very high standard you've set.

Really. Our state record bluegill is 3.45 pounds and our state record white crappie is only 3.9. - Roberta

Post 3+ lbs. is not realistic.

Our state record for Bluegill is 2.95 pounds. Shellcracker (Redear Sunfish) is 4.86 (this has possibilities but I haven't caught one 3+ yet), Redbreast Sunfish is 2.08, Stumpknockers (Spotted Sunfish) is .83, and Warmouth is 2.44.

    Black Specks is 3.83 pounds.

If they would just make those 2# trolling balls a bit smaller, we might stand a chance.

Bream over 3lb are as rare as hens teeth here in Va. I've caught a few shellcracker a little over 2lb and one black crappie 3lb 5oz.

I value a good days fishing period. That's not an issue here.
I know some #3+ have been caught, though EXTREMELY RARE.
I don't expect alot of replies, but look forward to seeing a person post themself with a (legitimate) 3#er.

I'll wait as long as I have the privalege to be.

Why don't you go catch one so us folks can see what a legitimate 3lber looks like?:D

    ceb~Where's yours?...

You're likely to see one. Three anglers have already posted on the 3#plus crappie and I justed posted the thread.
