Default DonG, Genec and wife fishing today

Had a beautiful day for fishing and fun and fellowship . We caught 120 crappie on jigs, mostly on jigs Gene made, skinny stinger style . Casting and jigging over brush. Don is not only fun but a great fisherman. No, I didn't catch the biggest fish or the most because I was to busy feeding Gene and Don, putting their fish in live well and keeping count of fish caught. Also my mom always taught me to RESPECT my ELDERS so I let Don have my front seat beside Gene to fish all day . Ain't that right BillBob? Can't wait for camping season...

Don when you guys cook those up you need to whip up a batch of Scott's hushpuppie recipe, I know you like um!!! I put it here for you.
    ScottV's Hushpuppies

I just cooked the hushpuppies for our Fall Camp and had lots of compliments so I thought I'd share the recipe with everyone.

1 1/2 Cups Sunflower Corn Meal Mix
1 Small (Pull Top) Can Cream Corn
    1 Egg
    1 1/2 Cups Chopped Onion
    2 Tablespoons Chopped Jalapeņo

Mix well and add a little water, a couple of tablespoons, to get the right consistency, and spoon into hot oil. Enjoy
