    To get up to the minute replies and new threads hit "Refresh" and you will get everything that is new.

    You can also change your display options. I like the Linear View with Newest first. Just go to "User CP", in the upper top left of the screen. Then click "Edit Options", and go down to "Thread Display Options". There you will see "Thead Display Mode", and change it to "Linear - Newest Fisrt".

    There are other options there too, try them. You can also turn off Avitars and Images for those of you with slower speed connections.
