In the past I have just used two different paint brushes. One a little larger than the other. I have heard of folks using two different drill bits. One for the outside and the other 1/2 the size for the pupil.

Hope this helps, but I am pretty sure this was not the answer you were looking for. Let me do some research and I will get back to you.

I'm going to try the tip of a matchstick and end of a round toothpick. My problem is my hands shake a little so some of them always take on an appearance that remind me of my ex wife! ROFL

Get a pencil sharprner for the big pencil. They usually have 2 holes for xlarge kids pencils. I use 1/4 inch round dowels and sharpen them down to different sizes. I tried drill bits but don't like the way they feel in my hand.

I use "Q" Tips that have a round end. Also have used Drill Bits for larger eyes the paint pupil with Q Tip. As far as paint, I like Rustolem Paint.....and a small can last a long time.

I use an old thrill type bobber the type with a spring on one end to retain line. I use the big end for larger backer of the eye and the smaller end for the center. Almost always makes nice round eyes.
