    Looks good...

Maybe even a handle to carry the whole shebang when the rods are not needed in the boat...??

How about some kind of a quick release system from the boat, so the holder can be taken off the boat when stored.

What about aluminum instead of steel?

Im getting them cut and painted for a real good price ....lol.... I'm happy with the steel I would rather it be aluminum but not hard to please
The powder coat will protect them
The weight difference will only be 1.5 lb.

Aluminum would have been great though

I'll have to work on a quick disconnect

They have been cut, painted, and bent I'll just have to pick them up and get them mounted
