I have been fishing with minnow style baits like the Bobby Garlands stingers and other straight tail baits but I am having a problem with the tails getting bent and not running right especially in hot weather. I try to keep them in their package as straight as possible but sometimes the kids get them or I get in a hurry or whatever. Does anyone have a good way of keeping them? I was thinking about putting them in one of the used Gulp containers with the scent but I dont know if that will mess them up. I know it should keep them from getting bent. ANy ideas???
GO VOLS AND TITANS!!!!!
Your idea is as good an idea as any I've heard. Trimming the tail may prevent it some. I get aggravated and wind up tossing the bent ones away, money lost.
