The Sea Dancer has a cranking battery that is 6 yrs old. Still works good but I don't trust it anymore. (age) What brand is the best for her new power supply?

I used to get those big marine batteries from Walmart, but I don't recall the name or the size I used, but never had any issues. Sorry I couldn't be more help to you.
After going online and looking I believe it was the 27 Series Deep Cycle Marine for around $ 100.00.

If you just want a cranking battery, the Optima model 34M is a good choice. Longest warranty of any battery I think. It sells for around 175.00. Now their deep cycle trolling batteries cost more, but I have 2 of those powering my Minn Kota and I have had no issues with them in 3 years.

Just get him on, then we'll worry about getting him in!
