    I know you have to bake jig heads after powder painting. What I need to know is how long to bake and at what temp? Any other tips would be appreciated as well.

    I generally run about 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

    I do 325 for 20 minutes, and use an oven thermometer. The toaster ovens aren't that accurate.

    x2 with Skeet!!!!!! and if you use the wifes oven use the thermometer in there too!! Ovens can also vary from 15 degrees and up. Those little $3-4 in oven thermometers are well worth the money!!!

    I'm right in the middle of you guys.....I do red a little different because the white paint I use for eye will blend into the red paint
