    Default Humminbird yes or no


    I am thinking of buy a humminbird 998c HD Si for Christmass has anyone bought one and how do they like it
    or dislike it good or bad any info is good info.

    There is a lot of discussion in the electronics section. I do not have one but am also on the market and the 998 si seems to be a good buy and that's what I am sniffing also.

    went to a "class" that used one. It is a great unit. But there again, all birds are good.. KS-10

    Get what your fishing buddies use,easier to get on the water help. That's what I did on a different unit and was glad I did. Buddies were very helpful

    I'd go for it. Humminbird still does updates for it's older units. They service them long past a 2 year window, have excellent customer service, it's a no brainer. 1 thing though, get the largest screen you can afford. You'll be glad you did!
