    Default Cajun fryer

Bought a Cajun fryer ( 4 gal) today. Can't wait to use it. The weather kinda sucks, but maybe Sunday I can fire it up.

OldYankee you won't be sorry. Those things can really cook up some grub in a hurry. We use a couple at our gatherings each year at D'Arbonne. It doesn't take long to cook fish, tators, hush puppies, onion rings, quail, and pickles for around 60 to 80 members and family. Congrats.

Totally agree with these guys. Keep the chunks out of it and dont burn the oil and you will love it. Nothing beats the speed of these things.

Looks like it has a great capacity for cooking a lot of crappie.

Agreed...you will love it. So easy to hold the temp, but believe the best part is the easy clean up. I bought a toilet brush to help with cleaning and it works great!
