    Default flex tubing

Had a fellow show me a short piece of 1" or 1 1/2" size flexible tubing/conduit from a construction site the other day saying he used it all the time to make crappie structure. According to him it isn't all that bad about hangups and a 1 or 2 gal bucket of cement is plenty to sink all the tubes you can stuff inside the top of the buckets.

Anyone ever use this stuff? I didn't see an actual condo - just a piece of the tubing he had laying in his boat.

    Default Flex Stuff

    Larry,
Around winter time a lot of the discount stores put their lawn irrigation pipe on clearance. Its black in color about 1" in diameter and comes in a 20' roll.
You unroll it and stick the little pop-up sprinklers into it.

I buy a couple of rolls and cut them into 2 1/2 to 3 feet pieces and cement them into the disposal nursery pots. When you are finished it really makes a good looking stump.
I can't leave now; They fixen to turn on.

Thant may be what this stuff was -- it was black pvc or some sort of plastic. He said he picks his up at construction sites but I didn't think to ask him what it was being used for.
