Pamona lake 11-30-2013

Propanejon and I headed to Pamona lake this morning to check out the crappie fishing. Half a dozen boats were on the lake and we found the crappie! We were using tube jibs and curly tails. In 12 to 20 foot deep water near some brush. Brought 31 home but threw back a bunch. Probably caught over 100 total. One of the best crappie days we have had in a long time

Thanks for the report! It looks like the fish are finally going to cooperate!

I thought about stopping at Pomona but decided to go on to Melvern and we caught enough for supper in a couple hours. Beats sitting in the house staring at the idiot box watching a bunch of halfwits kick a ball around!

Wow. Those are some nice fish. I'm making the trip to try out wolf creek tomorrow morning. Hope I can catch something other than a cold
