Bill,
I use a double jig rig that uses both 1/8 and 1/16 ounce jigs as well as a 3/4 oz sinker.
First slide the 1/16 oz jig up the line about 20" and tie a loop knot. Then tie the 1/8oz on the end of that line using another loop knot.
Now above the 1/16 oz jig leave about 12" and cut the line and tie on a barrel swivel.
Now for your main line coming from you rod you need to tie on a snap swivel.
Place the barrel swivel in the snap swivel and then add the 3/4oz sinker into the snap swivel as well.
Now it should go as follows coming down from the rod tip.
Snap swivel with 3/4 oz casting sinker and barrel swivel locked in.
1/16 oz jig
1/8 oz jig.
This is the only rig I use when pushing jigs and it works Great!
Hope that helps?
