Default Shrimp Pasta...a kid could do this...

Peeled, uncooked Shrimp or Crawfish tails (can be pre-cooked)...as many as you like...

    Pre boiled angel hair pasta

one small container of heavy whipping cream (use the pint size for 4 people, 1/2 pint for 2 people)...Pour this into a sautee pan and place on Med high heat (just the heavy cream, nothing else)...The cream will start to "boil"...and this is reducing the good stuff and the water is steaming away...Let "boil" until it starts to thicken up good...STIR constantly!!! As it thickens, add in some of the dry spice called "Italian Blend" (a mix of all of the dried spices) and salt and pepper...AS sauce thickens more add in Shrimp for a few minutes, pour over pasta and BOOM watch out!!! Also add in any COOKED cooked veggies you like when you add the shrimp...

Eat this with that stuffed bread and you would think you were at the best restaurant in town!!!

I am going to have to try that. Getting tired of eating shrimp (just) boiled!
Every time I come in with some my wife ask "are you going to boil some?" So this will give me a new recipe to try.:D
    Thanks

I'm heading down to Joseph's Harbor, in Rockefeller NWR, to catch my own today. I'll just be out the gas I burn to get there.---Pooch

This will be just my second trip. I went about a month ago and caught about twenty pounds of white shrimp in three hours. They were all nice size and I'm guessing 18 to 28 count. I was catching from four to eight on each cast. An old pro I met there, told me that at times he has limited out in four or five casts. I was plenty happy catching them at the rate I was. I'll be crabbing at the same time.---Pooch

18/20 around here in Jackson, Miss are about 6.99 pound head on...That's from the lil old seafood man...So if you had 20 pounds you was WAY ahead of the game!!! Keep up the good work and ENJOY the shrimp pasta!!!!

    Default Shrimp

Here are a few caught at Joesph's Harbor like Pooch was talking about.
Went 2 weeks ago (thursday, friday, saturday, monday) and caught limits (25 pounds) every day except saturday. Didn't even through the net saturday, just brought wife and kids crabbing and caught about 5 dozen crabs.

    Some of the crabs
