get a new boat
What's the best way to remove decals from a boat with scratching the gelcoat or the windshield?

Yes, I fish like a girl. If you tried a little harder, you could too!!

Heat gun, I got one you can borrow if you want. Makes it easy peasy. PM me your address and I will send it that way and you can just send it back when yall are done. I tried some other crap and everything else seemed to leave a residue but the heat gun gets it warm enuff it will just pull rite off.

try a blow dryer have a sun-in-law whose brother woked in a detail shop showed me heatup a corner lift it up heat and peel anything left should wash off with soap and water
Yeah, what he said!! Hair dryer will work just fine. Heat gun can actually get too hot and mar a finish... (Ask me how I know that) WD40 or any penetrating oil can remove the tacky glue that would not come off.
My heat gun has 2 settings, low is all I had to use and it left no residue to speak of. Little common sense goes a long ways as well..........Messing with ya Jay!!!!
