Jann's net craft has 2 oz bottles of regular powder paint. www.jannsnetcraft.com. that's where I get mine. but there are other places also. You can check in the sticky in the jig section on here and scroll thru the threads. plenty listed there. Hope this helped. Good luck.
Here's what I found. On the pouring and tying forum, go to POURING and PAINTING sub-forum. Then click on SUPPLIERS LINKS. Here members have listed sites they have gotten their supplies at. Several paint suppliers there. If all they list is paint by the pound, click the little arrow next to it and it will usually bring up smaller amounts of the paint at smaller prices. If that don't work, then look around the site and see if they list samples. These are usually 2 oz bottles as well. Hope this gets what you need. Good luck in your search.
Should I get 2 oz of paint and vinyl for the eyes to paint on them?

I use a sharpie pen to paint the eyes on with. but if you want paint, then I would suggest a small brush, similar to one used on models, and some tester type paints. They are enamel paints and come in a wide variety of colors. Used to be able to get these at dept. stores like Wal-Mart, k-mart, target and such. But I know craft stores have them, and they are little 1/4 oz bottles. Should work great.
Gindog if you want powder paint and just one color check BassPro. They usually have it in the section for bass fishing stuff that has the worm dye's and stuff. Then just use the craft paint in craft section of Walmart or hobby lobby

A friend showed me a few tricks and got me started poring jigs and now painting them. He uses a old bobber, think thrill type with spring removed and taller pointed type at top. Dip the large end for base color of eye and small end for center almost perfectly round eyes every time, even for me.
