PMs on the board. How to?

Folks this a newbe question, but an urgent one. I'm trying to sell a couple of rods. But I don't know how to contact the guy who wants them. I get an email from the board, but I can't respond through that. Any help would be appreciated.

At the upper right hand side of your screen is a line of links, which includes "NOTIFICATIONS". Click on this link will take you to your "INBOX" which will contain every PM that you have received. When you open each PM you will have the option to REPLY to each one. After opening a PM scroll down and there will be a area where you can add a response back to the sender.
