Depends on what kind of phone. Check out Post Pictures From your Phone

You can also text pictures to your Photobucket account and then link to them here. You have to get the correct address for your account, and add it to your contacts and anything you send gets put in an album under your account there.

Download the TapaTalk for forums app on your phone ( about three bucks) You can look at the site and post easier etc. and you can post a pic straight off your phone very easy
